Apps are designed to make you dependant on your phone. It’s like serving alcohol at an AA meeting. It doesn’t make any sense. You’re training to become unfuckwithable; not having a phone shouldn’t make you feel any different. The framework is teaching you how to fish, not giving you the fish.
“I’d rather go for a walk or get a massage to relax.”
Saying things like ‘exercising, going for a walk or dishwashing is my meditation’ is like saying ‘jogging is my cooking’… It doesn’t make sense, they’re different words because they have different meanings. Exercise increases your metabolic rate, meditation decreases it.
Meditation is not a luxury, like treating yourself to a massage once in a while. This is the most important mental hygiene you can practice every day. It’s not just another thing on your to-do list… it’s going to make you look at that to-do list in a whole other way… it’s going to simplify your to-do list, it’s going to simplify and elevate your work and private life to a whole new level.

Are the breath sets safe?
I only teach safe practices suited for all people, regardless of age or condition. There are many extreme, daredevil breathing programs online, but this is not one of them. This is a therapeutic, self-regulatory system that's extremely powerful, but safe and simple.
I’m challenged with respiratory problems (asthma, shortness of breath, sinus infections, hyperventilation)
I’ve worked with students who were challenged with these conditions. The breathing techniques taught in this course can actually alleviate these conditions. However, I recommend you to consult your physician first. When you sign up for the course, you’ll confirm to have done this.
How much time do I need daily?
In total you’ll need around one small hour each day. I recommend you to not binge-watch the course material. Instead, go through it day by day. This is in my experience the best way to learn, integrate and implement the techniques. After 5 days, I recommend you take 2 days for implementation before diving back into the second half of the course.
How does it work?
You’ll study online with video classes. You can take the course at your own pace, but I suggest you dive right in. This program is designed for quick action. Showing up every day, fully committing to this practice, is what will provide you with massive results. More so, it will enable you to show up fully in other parts of your life as well. This commitment will have a snowball effect on your life. You’ll learn the skills you need to take action on your big picture goals.
How long do I have access to the course?
You'll have access to the course, including updates and additions, for 3 years. Because, if I give you lifetime access, you might not do it. I really care about your results and that you implement these powerful strategies. 3 Years will give you more than enough time to implement everything and go through the course several more times if you want.
What if I’m not tech savvy?
