Session 1: Mindful breathing techniques (45min)

With a positive feedback loop of around 5-10 min, nothing has a faster immediate impact on your mind and body as mindful breathing. A tool that’s free at your disposal at any given time! ... Once you know how to use it correctly.

Learn to elevate your mental and physical health and performance fast through easy, safe, scientific, mindful breathing techniques.

Together we’ll explore the 3 pillars of mindful breathing (balancing, energizing and relaxing exercises) that will help you gain control over your mental and physical state.

Session 2: Advanced breathing techniques and guided meditation (1h)
Once you feel like you’ve mastered the basic mindful breathing exercises you learned in session 1, we’ll dive deeper into the original yogic breathing exercises. These techniques are more advanced and will help you explore a deeper level of consciousness.

Cultivating breath control allows you to correct your perception and refine your nervous system, so you’re able to make good, wise and rational decisions even when you’re under pressure.

We’ll close our practice with a guided meditation practice. This 6-phase meditation is a very comprehensive and incredibly effective technique. It blends ancient teachings and modern science into a new, optimized type of meditation.

Session 3: Breathing for self-sabotage and inner freedom (1h15)

Come with an open mind and heart. Connect and unburden. Leave with a new perspective on life.

I’ll guide you through a specific meditation to relax deeply and connect to the time where negative programming started to take place. We’ll loosen those ties up so you can step into a more peaceful yet empowered sense of self.

 The most common mistakes about the most powerful self-mastery tool (meditation) debunked

+ “I don’t have the time!”

There are 1440 minutes in a day, they all go infinitely better if you invest 20 minutes in this practice. That’s less than 2% of your time to make 98% of your life better.

+ “I can use a free app.”

Apps are designed to make you dependant on your phone. It’s like serving alcohol at an AA meeting. It doesn’t make any sense. You’re training to become unfuckwithable; not having a phone shouldn’t make you feel any different. The framework is teaching you how to fish, not giving you the fish 🐟.

+ “I’d rather go for a walk or get a massage to relax”

Saying things like ‘exercising, going for a walk or dishwashing is my meditation’ is like saying ‘jogging is my cooking’… It doesn’t make sense, they’re different words because they have different meanings. Exercise increases your metabolic rate, meditation decreases it.

Meditation is not a luxury, like treating yourself to a massage once in a while. This is the most important mental hygiene you can practice every day. It’s not just another thing on your to-do list… it’s going to make you look at that to-do list in a whole other way… it’s going to simplify your to-do list, it’s going to simplify and elevate your work and private life to a whole new level.
